According to the "Action Plan for Scientists (Spirit) on Campus", this action will invite academicians and experts to carry out scientist spirit preaching activities on campus, organize science and technology counselors, Communist Youth League members, etc. to tell scientist stories, encourage various regions to establish scientist spirit preaching groups at different levels, and vigorously carry out scientist spirit preaching education.

The plan is proposed to establish a group of "scientist story creation spaces". Relying on the modern science and technology museum system, we collaborate with local primary and secondary schools to organize brand activities such as "Ideological and Political Courses in Science and Technology Museum" and "Scientist Story Drama Society", and regularly carry out business guidance, communication and training.

At the same time, make full use of the existing reading corners, bookshelves, and newspaper stands in primary and secondary schools to enrich scientific story books. Improve the quality of publications on the spirit of scientists, promote publishing houses, science and technology museums, and other institutions to recommend excellent books to primary and secondary school students and regularly update and supplement them. Organize story sharing meetings and themed class meetings on a class basis, and organize various activities such as reading and essay solicitation, speech recitation, etc. on a school or regional basis. Support scientists and technology counselors to deeply participate in student story sharing and guide speech recitation.

The plan also proposes to strengthen the co construction and sharing of scientists' spiritual resources. Relying on the national smart education public service platform and other platforms, we will build a "Scientist Spirit Column" to provide high-quality digital resources. Relying on the "backbone of the Republic - Science Master Famous School Promotion Project", let science master dramas enter primary and secondary schools.
