The standard is led by China Electric Power Research Institute, and 49 units, including Zhongguancun Zhilian Software Service Industry Quality Innovation Alliance, China Electronics Standardization Institute, Tongji University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Advanced Research, participated in the preparation of the standard.
