Especially, the production index and new order index have been above the critical point for two consecutive months, and production and demand continue to grow, which has a significant driving effect on the PMI of the manufacturing industry this month; The PMI of medium-sized enterprises was 48.9%, an increase of 1.3 percentage points compared to the previous month, indicating an improvement in the economic level; The PMI of small enterprises was 46.4%, a decrease of 1.5 percentage points from the previous month.

Industry insiders have pointed out that as a leading indicator of economic operation, the manufacturing PMI has slightly increased, indicating the continuation of the economic recovery trend and the continuous consolidation of the recovery foundation. However, it should also be noted that the pressure of demand contraction is still prominent. According to enterprise surveys, 61.1% of enterprises reported insufficient market demand in June, an increase of 2.3 percentage points compared to the previous month. The new export order index decreased by 0.8 percentage points compared to the previous month, marking the fourth consecutive month of decline.
