It is understood that Alibaba Cloud's Lingji model service platform will be open to all industry models. The platform has built a series of automated cloud unified tool links on the model to support independent access to the model. All models that access the Lingji platform can automatically acquire the platform's powerful service capabilities, including cross regional adaptive resilience based on Alibaba Cloud Cloud's powerful computing power, and provide cloud native based public deployment, user-defined exclusive deployment and other forms to meet the needs of different models. The Lingji platform has also accumulated the ability of model adaptive inference optimization and efficient fine-tuning training, and provides a system framework for model capability expansion based on plugins. Through spiritual integration, rich and diverse models can not only be integrated through inference APIs, but also be customized through training fine-tuning APIs. For AI developers, the capabilities of these different models can be easily obtained and integrated into their AI applications through a unified SDK. Currently, the Lingji platform hosts industry-leading large language models, including Tongyi Qianwen, ChatGLM-v2, Baichuan, Jiang Ziya, Dolly, and others.

At the developer ecosystem level, the AI model community magic platform initiated by Alibaba has gathered over 1.8 million AI developers and over 900 high-quality AI models. The model contributors basically cover core players in major model tracks in China, such as Baichuan Intelligent, Bilibili, IDEA Research Institute, Lanting Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Technology, openBMB Community, Qizhi Community, Tsinghua TSAIL, RWKV, Shenshi Technology, WeNet Community, Metalanguage Intelligence, Zhejiang University, Zhipu AI, etc. (in any order), and they have contributed more than 30 large-scale models with parameters of over 1 billion.

In this free market, all model producers can upload models, verify their technical capabilities, and explore their application scenarios and commercialization models. The Magic Building Community has established a deployment link with the Spiritual Integration Platform, supporting the community's model to be service-oriented through Spiritual Integration. To further reduce the threshold for the use of large models, Alibaba Cloud launched an intelligent tool, ModelScopeGPT, at the conference site. It can receive user instructions, call other AI models in the magic community through the "hub model", and the large and small models work together to complete complex tasks. Magic GPT can now call the APIs of more than ten core AI models in the magic community. In the future, with the addition of more model APIs, the ability of magic GPT will continue to enhance.
