Now, like the "the Belt and Road" initiative, Lalamove's journey to the sea has entered its tenth year. At present, Lalamove has covered Southeast Asia, South Asia and South America, including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Brazil, Mexico, and more than 40 overseas cities. Countries jointly built along the "the Belt and Road" are its key development regions.

Lu Jiapei shared Lalamove's successful sailing experience, especially its development in the "the Belt and Road" region. The platform started in Hong Kong in 2013 and has entered the mainland market under the brand of Huolala. It has now become a freight platform for street knowledge and alleywalking. Through the development of a large domestic business, it has learned various operational and strategic experiences, replicated them in the Southeast Asian market, and expanded to the South Asian and South American markets.

At the same time, Lalamove adheres to the concept of "common development, mutual benefit and win-win", and helps local small and medium-sized enterprises enhance their business competitiveness with fast, flexible, and more cost-effective delivery services. Taking Malaysia's automotive parts supplier Wanli Group as an example, it operated and managed in a traditional mode before 2020. Later, Lalamove utilized the platform's logistics capacity to help Wanli transform, saving costs for vehicle purchase, driver management, and vehicle allocation. As Lalamove's cross city business expanded its business "territory" to areas outside Kuala Lumpur, business growth exploded.

Currently, Huolala and Lalamove are the logistics trading platforms with the largest total value of closed-loop freight transactions globally. According to data from the first half of 2023, the platform has over 1.1 million monthly active drivers and over 12.2 million users.
