On the morning of October 16th, Xiaoxiang Morning Post (WeChat: xxcbbaolao) contacted a passenger on the flight and revealed that the incident occurred on China United Airlines flight KN5352 from Xiamen to Jining, Shandong on October 15th. At that time, the cabin crew had already dispensed water and the plane was flying smoothly. The two had a dispute over a female passenger kicking a chair in the back seat. The passenger in the front row collapsed the seat back, but the passenger in the back row felt it had affected her and kicked the chair in front multiple times. After the passenger in the front row reminded her, the passenger in the back row insulted her, causing the passenger in the front row to get emotional and argue. The passenger in the front row attempted to slap the other person, but did not hit them
