Site Description: Liberal arts college was founded in 1976, which was then called Daxian Normal University. In 1978, it was officially incorporated into the national full-time regular colleges and universities with the approval of the State Council. It was named Daxian Normal College, renamed Daxian Normal College in 1993, and officially upgraded to liberal arts college in 2006 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is the only full-time undergraduate college in eastern Sichuan at present. The college is located in Dazhou City, an important town in the eastern part of Sichuan Province. The Xiangyu, Dazhou, and Dazhou Wanzhou railways intersect here. National highways 210 and 318, as well as the Dazhou and Dazhou expressways, run through the entire area. Heshi Airport has direct flights to cities such as Chengdu, Xi'an, Wuhan, and Guangzhou, making transportation very convenient.
