The report shows that currently, China's industrial internet development has achieved significant results.

The report shows that currently, China's industrial internet has shifted from the initial exploration stage to the rapid promotion stage, with an industrial scale exceeding 1.2 trillion yuan. The highly reliable network system basically meets industrial needs, with over 270000 identification and analysis system service enterprises and nearly 300 influential platforms. Among them, there are 50 "dual cross" industrial internet platforms, with nearly 90 million industrial equipment connections. We have basically built a national industrial internet big data center system that is known as the "one game chess" nationwide. Industrial gateway, edge computing, intelligent terminal and other key technology products have made breakthroughs.

At present, the industrial internet has fully integrated into 45 major categories of the national economy, covering over 85% of the industrial categories. Nearly 8000 digital workshops and intelligent factories have been built nationwide. At the same time, over a hundred universities have added industrial internet vocational education majors, and nearly 20 industrial internet industry colleges have been built nationwide. The Industrial Internet Platform Innovation Cooperation Center has over 1100 member units, and the new ecosystem of efficient linkage between industry, academia, research, application, and finance is constantly growing.

Liu Wenqing, Vice President of the China Industrial Internet Research Institute, said that the industrial internet is an important cornerstone of the new industrial revolution, supporting the creation of new productive forces from the dimensions of new facilities, new technologies, and new applications. In recent years, China's industrial internet development has achieved a series of significant results, and the scenario driven industrial internet development ecosystem is increasingly growing. The number of 5G base stations exceeds 3.1 million, and the gigabit optical network capacity covers all prefecture level cities, building the world's largest 5G and gigabit broadband network. The benefits of cost reduction, quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, green, and safety continue to be highlighted.

It is understood that during the 2023 conference, the latest achievements such as the "Reference Guide for the Integration of Industrial Internet and Construction Machinery Industry (2023)" will also be released. At the same time, multiple parallel forums will be held to further promote the innovative development of industrial internet, accelerate the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation of traditional manufacturing, and promote the formation of new quality productivity.
