At the meeting, it was introduced that after more than two months of promotion, the complex issues of charging and operating TV "dolls" have been effectively addressed, and the people's sense of gain and satisfaction have been greatly improved. In terms of managing TV "dolls" fees, seven pilot units have completed the rectification of 129 million cable TV, IPTV, and internet TV terminals, reducing fee packages by more than 50%, up to 79%, and making charging behavior more standardized and transparent. In terms of managing the complexity of television operations, 80% of cable TV terminals and 85% of IPTV terminals nationwide have achieved live streaming when turned on. The duration of TV startup and startup advertisements has been standardized, and the supply of free content has gradually increased.
