It is reported that this electric toy was recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in October of the same year after its launch last year. The committee stated that it does not meet safety standards and cannot be defined as a toy car, and should be classified as a youth ATV (All Terrain Vehicle).
