At 17:00 on July 12, the first 40m precast T-beam of the new construction project of Tazhou Xinjiang River Bridge in Yingtan City undertaken by China Railway Bridge Bureau was completed, marking that the bridge has entered a new stage of superstructure installation and erection.
Tazhou Xinjiang Bridge, a key project in Jiangxi Province, is located in the west of Tazhou Village, Yujiang District, Yingtan. It starts from the village road on the south bank of Xinjiang River and ends at the village road near Tazhou Bridge in the north of Tazhou. The bridge is 1787 meters long, including 749 meters of approach subgrade and 1038 meters of bridge.
In order to safely and smoothly complete the first beam erection task, technical personnel continuously simulate and improve the details of the erection process by comparing the quality control points of the construction drawings. By strengthening technical training and safety disclosure, strengthening employees' safety awareness and crisis awareness, comprehensively completing various processes such as T-beam manufacturing, transportation, and erection, the first beam erection was finally completed, laying a good foundation for future beam erection construction. The project department stated that the bridge is expected to complete the T-beam erection task by the end of September and is expected to be open to traffic by the end of December.
