Global Network Technology Comprehensive ReportOn the morning of October 2nd, Indonesian President Joko announced the official opening of the Jakarta Wan high-speed railway at the Halim high-speed railway station in the capital Jakarta. Zoko said that the Yawan high-speed railway is the first high-speed railway in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, with a speed of up to 350 kilometers per hour, marking the further modernization of Indonesia's transportation industry. Zoko said that the technology and speed used by the Yawan high-speed railway are "new" to the Indonesian people.

It is reported that the Yawan High Speed Railway, relying on China's CR400AF "Fuxing" train technology platform, has developed the KCIC400AF high-speed train to adapt to the local application environment and line conditions in Indonesia. After nearly a month of trial operation, all line tests have been completed. On September 29, the Indonesian Ministry of Transport issued an operation license to Indonesia China High Speed Railway Co., Ltd.

As the first high-speed railway connecting the Indonesian capital Jakarta and the tourist city Bandung, the Yawan High Speed Railway has a total length of approximately 142.3 kilometers and a designed maximum speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The entire line adopts Chinese technology and standards. It is the first high standard high-speed rail project in China to be implemented overseas with a full system, full elements, and full industry chain. After the operation of the Yawan high-speed railway, the travel time between the two places has been reduced from 3.5 hours to 40 minutes, greatly improving local transportation conditions, facilitating the travel of people along the line, driving commercial development and tourism industry development, and injecting acceleration and providing new momentum for regional economic and social development.

When it comes to the construction of the Yawan high-speed railway and the development of China's high-speed railway, Wang Jun, Chief Engineer and Chief Scientist of CRRC Group, stated that from the Harmony train to the Fuxing train, high-speed railway has developed in China for more than 10 years. The technical team has built a collaborative research and development, manufacturing, and testing platform that covers the entire life cycle of high-speed trains, and has mastered the core technology of high-speed trains, successfully building all elements A comprehensive technical standard system for high-speed trains has explored a path of technological innovation suitable for industry development, creating several world records such as sustained operating speed and operational test speed. Performance indicators such as energy consumption and million kilometer failure rate of high-speed trains are leading in the world, achieving the leap of China's high-speed trains from following and leading.

The successful development and application of the CRH380A series high-speed trains have enabled China to quickly grasp the key and core technologies in the field of high-speed rail, and successfully enter the ranks of advanced countries in the world. Wang Jun mentioned that at this stage, high-speed trains mainly face issues such as inconsistent technical standards in research and development, manufacturing, application, and maintenance. Moreover, the coexistence of different speed levels such as existing railway lines, cross regional highways, regional express railways, and intercity express railways in China has put forward higher requirements for railway operation organization and coordinated matching of train equipment.

We have established a Chinese standard as the leading factor, following a positive design approach, with the goal of autonomy, simplification, interconnection, and advanced technology.

Guided by its goals, CRRC has achieved significant breakthroughs in various key technologies for the "Fuxing" high-speed train, with Chinese standards accounting for 84% of the 254 important standards adopted. We have achieved independent innovation, improved China's high-speed train technology standard system, and developed standardized, serialized, and simplified high-speed train products with fully independent intellectual property rights. This not only meets the future needs of China's high-speed rail, but also aims to become the main product for China's high-speed rail to go global.

Nowadays, after years of rapid development and accumulation, with the efforts of many employees such as Wang Jun, CRRC has achieved a leap from product output to standard output. From the opening of the "Dynamic" Guangzhou Shenzhen Hong Kong High speed Railway on September 23, 2018 and the opening of the "Lancang" China Laos Railway on December 3, 2021 to the official opening of the Yawan High speed Railway, China's high-end equipment products, technologies and standards have steadily moved overseas step by step. CRRC is making efforts to contribute China's solutions and technology, continuously polishing the "golden card" of China's high-speed rail.
