According to the prospectus released by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, J&T Express plans to use the funds raised for the purpose of expanding the company's logistics network, upgrading relevant infrastructure, expanding the scope of services in new markets, etc.

According to the prospectus, the revenue of J&T Express in 2020, 2021 and 2022 was 1.535 billion dollars, 4.852 billion dollars and 7.267 billion dollars respectively (nearly 100 billion yuan in three years); The profits during the period were $-664 million, $-6192 million, and $1.573 billion, respectively.

It is reported that the J&T Express business started in Indonesia in 2015. With its success in Indonesia, it has expanded to other Southeast Asian countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, and Singapore. According to Frost&Sullivan's data, based on the package volume in 2022, the company is the first express carrier in Southeast Asia, with a market share of 22.5%.

In Southeast Asia, Jitu processed 2513.2 million packages in 2022, compared to 1153.8 million in 2020, with a compound annual growth rate of 47.6%.

In 2020, Jitu entered the Chinese express market and handled 12025.6 million packages in 2022. According to Frost&Sullivan's data, its market share in China will reach 10.9% by package volume.
