The World Economic Forum has officially announced that Hisense Hitachi Huangdao Factory has been selected for the global "Lighthouse Factory" list, becoming the world's first multi-system "Lighthouse Factory". This honor acknowledges Hisense Hitachi's intelligent transformation and innovative breakthroughs in the air conditioning manufacturing field, marking its leading position in global manufacturing.

Hisense Hitachi Huangdao Factory focuses on the pain points in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and testing in the multi-system field, aiming to build a modern production system that is intelligent, automated, and flexible. The factory has innovatively created over 40 industry-leading scenarios, with more than 20 technologies being industry firsts and achieving remarkable results: product development speed has increased by 37%, labor productivity has increased by 49%, and production costs have been reduced by 35%.

In the manufacturing stage, Hisense Hitachi Huangdao Factory actively introduces Industry 4.0 technology and concepts, realizing the automation, intelligence, and flexibility of the production process.
