The project guidance teacher Xue Jianjiang, director of the Laboratory Department of the Affiliated University City Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, introduced that this instrument has solved the technical problem of traditional SPR technology being unable to image for the first time; Taking the lead in overcoming the world-class challenge of replacing laser light sources with LED light sources; It can simultaneously achieve flux detection for over 100 samples, with a sensitivity higher than 95%. In addition to the combined early screening of tumor markers, this instrument is expected to be applied in areas such as hypertension drug screening, pollutant detection, and neonatal genetic disease gene screening

At present, the SPRI instrument has been qualified and verified by the Chongqing Medical Device Quality Inspection Center, forming a patent technology barrier. It has also been clinically piloted in Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Major Cancer Hospital for the detection of tumor markers for leukemia and lung cancer.
