When one defense line is breached, there are several other defense lines intercepting attacks, achieving collaborative linkage of capabilities, and building a solid barrier for the network security of smart cities.

Coordinating the construction, operation, and management of network security is an inevitable requirement in the process of urban digital development. Through the centralized output of security capabilities by the urban network security operation center, real-time monitoring and unified processing of the security situation of various levels of information systems can solve the security problems of thousands of systems in one center. Qi Xiangdong introduced that currently, the theoretical framework, technical architecture, and implementation strategy of Qi'anxin's innovative urban safety operation center have been applied in more than 20 cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, and Deyang, and have achieved certain results.
