Previously, consumers who wanted to use digital RMB for daily payment could only complete it on the apps of some digital RMB operating agencies, and the payment items supported by each operating agency were also different, and the regions that supported payment were also very limited.

Now, consumers can complete multiple daily payments within the digital RMB app, including paying electricity, water, gas, heating, cable TV, and fixed/broadband fees, all of which are complete. And the living payment function has been launched in hundreds of digital RMB pilot cities at the same time, but the payment items opened in each city are slightly different. After selecting a city on the "Life Payment" page, consumers can query the supported life payment items in their city.
