Ningde Times will also launch a vehicle level application version of condensed state batteries, which can have mass production capacity within this year.

According to the Tianyancha App, COMAC Times (Shanghai) Aviation Co., Ltd. was established on July 19th, jointly owned by Ningde Times, China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Jiao Tong University Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd. The respective shareholding ratios of the three companies have not been announced yet.

It is reported that the legal representative of the company is Qian Zhongyan, with a registered capital of 600 million yuan. Its business scope includes civil aircraft maintenance, civil aircraft component design and production, civil aircraft (engine, propeller) production, battery sales, etc.
