From May 30th to June 1st, the 2023 Shanghai International Elderly Care, Auxiliary Equipment, and Rehabilitation Medical Expo opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (w3-w5). This year's Shanghai Elderly Care Expo is jointly hosted by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and the Shanghai International Trade Promotion Commission, with special support from the Shanghai Disabled Persons' Federation. 403 brand enterprises from 12 countries and regions showcased high-quality elderly care products and services from six major sectors: elderly care services, life care, assistive devices, rehabilitation medicine, health management, and livable buildings.
As a representative enterprise in the field of smart health and wellness, Ubisoft Technology participated in the Shanghai Expo with multiple health and wellness robots and showcased solutions and applications for the seven AI service scenarios of smart health and wellness for the first time. In addition, at the Shanghai Elderly Expo site, Ubisoft Technology and Ankang Tong, which have been deeply involved in the health and wellness industry for 25 years, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will integrate advantageous resources and jointly promote the innovative application of artificial intelligence and robot technology in the medical and wellness field.
From adaptive aging to intelligent aging, running through 7 major AI service scenarios
Since the National Office for Aging first proposed the concept of "intelligent elderly care" in 2012, it has been eleven years since the exploration and practice of "intelligent elderly care". According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, China's total population will decrease by 850000 in 2022, officially entering the era of negative population growth. The aging problem is becoming increasingly severe, and the development of "smart elderly care" has also entered the "fast lane" in the past two years. Digital intelligent devices are rapidly being applied and promoted in the industry.
Focusing on the elderly care model of 9073, Ubisoft has launched a "hardware+software+service+content" intelligent health care full scenario solution, which meets the needs of seven major application scenarios in intelligent elderly care, including operation management, safety assurance, health management, life care, medical rehabilitation, spiritual culture, and nutritional diet, from adaptive aging to intelligent aging. By interconnecting and innovating digital systems and intelligent devices, Ubisoft hopes to build a new content system for technological elderly care services, thereby optimizing service experience and improving operational efficiency.
One of the cores of smart elderly care is to accurately connect products and scenarios, achieving intensive, standardized, and precise management of service resources. At the technical level, Ubisoft's intelligent health care solution deeply integrates technologies such as human-computer interaction, visual perception, and cognitive decision-making, making human-computer interaction more intelligent and adaptable to aging in elderly care scenarios, safer and smoother operation, and more humanized understanding and decision-making of the environment. On the basis of multi-channel data acquisition such as health robots, intelligent IOT devices, and intelligent interactive terminals, through big data analysis and management, an artificial intelligence model for elderly care operation management is constructed to enhance the cognitive decision-making ability of the elderly care operation platform and provide more matching personalized elderly care services for the elderly.
Empowering Industry Integration with AI and Deepening the Construction of Smart Health and Ecological Environment
Since the release of the global strategy for smart health care last year, Ubisoft has successively reached cooperation with more than 20 well-known enterprises and institutions, such as China Merchants Guanyi, Japan Meidi, Lecheng Pension, Sinopharm Health Care, Anhui Jing'an Health Industry Group, Mount Taishan Hospital in Shandong Province, China Association of Aging Industries, and Academy of Transportation Sciences, to enable industrial integration with AI and create a new ecological environment for smart health care.
In addition, at the Shanghai Old Expo site, Ubisoft Technology and Ankang Tong officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides will cooperate in multiple directions such as health robots, artificial intelligence training systems, remote health monitoring, and health informatization, jointly exploring new models of intelligent health services. Ankang Tong was established in Shanghai in 1998, undertaking the construction and operation of over 200 government key projects, and establishing over 600 community service centers, covering over 20 million elderly users in China.
Addressing the elderly care issues that concern millions of households is both a "family matter" and a "national matter". As a leader in humanoid robots and a leading enterprise in intelligent service robots, Ubisoft Technology will continue to adhere to China's innovative technology to solve major social problems, meet major social needs, and better benefit society and humanity with AI technology, providing high-quality and happy elderly life for the elderly.
