According to a news release by Shifeng, the total investment of the project is 750 million yuan, mainly producing industrial frequency modulation, charging piles, energy storage inverters, IGBT modules for photovoltaic/wind power generation, etc. It is expected to start construction by the end of this year and be officially put into operation in the first half of next year, with a total output of 4 million IGBT modules and 1 million SiC modules, and an estimated annual output value of 800 million yuan.
