If a merchant is unable to provide a booked room due to their own reasons, the platform will compensate the consumer with a price difference of up to three times the order amount. The upgraded "Peaceful Travel" covers eight rights: mandatory purchase compensation, no hidden consumption, itinerary consistency, group formation guarantee, visa refusal guarantee, special cancellation and change guarantee, force majeure guarantee, and 7x24 hour customer service. As a fundamental service guarantee provided by the platform, it covers all tour agency merchants, offering consumers a more secure travel experience.
