The reporter of Yangtse Evening Post/Ziniu News learned from the Safety Committee Office of Zhenjiang New Area that the incident happened on July 12, and the accident occurred in a small light aircraft with two seats.

Kong Director of the Safety Committee Office of Zhenjiang New Area told reporters from the Yangtse Evening Post/Ziniu News that the plane in question was from a company in Wuxi, and two men from other provinces were on board. The plane had just taken off from Dalu Airport in Zhenjiang New Area when some situations occurred. Immediately, the plane began to make a forced landing.

The aircraft was damaged during the forced landing process. Director Kong said that the two men on board were only slightly injured, one of whom had a slight bone fracture that was still being treated, and the other had only scratched some skin.

As for where the plane will fly from Zhenjiang New Area Dalu Airport, Director Kong said it is still unclear.

The reporter of the Yangtse Evening Post/Ziniu News noticed that the public data showed that the general airport of Zhenjiang Road, located in Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China, has a flight area of Class 1B, which belongs to Class A1 runway type general airport. On October 22, 2014, Zhenjiang Dalu General Airport obtained the "Civil Aviation Airport Use License". On December 26th, Zhenjiang Road General Airport flew.

As of February 2022, the first phase of Zhenjiang Dalu General Airport covers an area of 341 acres, with a construction area of 3600 square meters of a business aircraft terminal building, a 29000 square meter apron, and 28 parking spaces.

By December 2021, Zhenjiang Road General Airport will operate three routes: Zhenjiang Qiandao Lake, Zhenjiang Xinyi and Zhenjiang Huangshan.
