Currently, the first phase of the project has been basically completed, and the second phase has been partially completed. After all the projects are completed and put into use, they will meet the domestic and industrial water needs of cities in the Guanzhong area of Xi'an, Xianyang, Weinan, Yangling, and other areas. The total area of the water receiving area is 14000 square kilometers, with a beneficiary population of 14.11 million people and an additional urban water supply of 5 million people.
