Users of three telecom operators, China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom, can subscribe to and use the "harassment call rejection" service for free. The usage methods for users of each operator are as follows:

Method 1: Send "KTFSR" to 10001.

Method 2: Dial 10000 to activate manual service.
