The profound evolution of new technologies such as the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence has accelerated the transformation of industries towards digitization, intelligence, and greenery. The intelligent industry and digital economy have flourished, changing the global allocation of factor resources, industrial development models, and people's lifestyles. The breakthrough of generative artificial intelligence benefits from the progress of human-machine interaction technology and the widespread application of large model technology, especially the application of large language models. Generative artificial intelligence has the ability to mimic human thinking, create an innovative ecosystem, involve complex legal relationships, and govern objects with complexity.
