The maximum wind force in the center was 10 degrees, the minimum pressure was 982 hpa, the moving direction was northwest, and the moving speed was 12 kilometers per hour. According to the dynamics and development trends of typhoons, the Ningbo Maritime Safety Bureau has decided to enter the Level IV typhoon prevention zone along the coast of Ningbo from 12:00 on July 23.
